The Speak Up & Integrity Reporting Mechanism provides a safe and confidential channel for employees, partners, beneficiaries, suppliers, consultants, and external stakeholders to report concerns related to misconduct, fraud, corruption, harassment, safeguarding violations, conflicts of interest, misuse of resources, or any behavior that violates our policies, values, or code of conduct.
Reports may be submitted anonymously and will be treated with strict confidentiality. Leaders International prohibits any form of retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith. All submissions will be reviewed and handled responsibly and in accordance with applicable policies and procedures.
Prefer not to use the online form, or don’t have internet access? You can report your concern directly by phone. Calls and messages are treated with the same confidentiality as reports submitted online.
