As part of our mission towards supporting Jordanian small and medium enterprises in the Jordanian industrial sector, Skills4Work II is a three-year project focused on localizing demand-driven skills development to empower both refugees and Jordanian host communities.
Through targeted skills training and business support, Skills4Work II equips individuals with essential expertise and supports SMEs, recognized as key job creators. The project emphasizes gender inclusivity and sustainable practices, ensuring a lasting positive impact on beneficiaries' lives and the local job market.
Skills4Work II aims to support 40 small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to enhance their performance and create new employment opportunities. Selected SMEs will be chosen based on criteria such as growth potential and willingness to employ or upgrade staff, including vulnerable individuals like refugees and persons with disabilities. Each enterprise will undergo assessment to pinpoint areas for improvement and specific support needs, aligning with the project’s objectives and the enterprise’s capacity for innovation.
